UCH (Ibadan) Staff Wisdom C.I.C.S. Ltd is a Financial Cooperative for private individuals who are employed as staff members of the UCH Ibadan. Wisdom CICS provides credit facilities as well as venture funding to would-be entrepreneurs among its members. Since 2010 when the initial cooperative society for UCH staff members was split into four, Wisdom Cooperative Society has been providing thrifts and micro-lending services to its members.

By operating a credit, investments and savings society for its members who are staff of the University College Hospital (UCH) Ibadan, Wisdom Cooperative Society has been mitigating financial challenges confronting its members, growing the micro-finance concept and also generating values for members through other investment activities for the members of the society who are people whose means of income generation is through salary earning, and who are bound by agreement to organize themselves on the basis of equality, to improve their economic well-being. Wisdom Cooperative Society upholds the spirit and letters of credit and thrifts in providing funds to its individual members who hitherto are limited in raising funds for other economic purposes because of the level of their credit-worthiness. Our operational strategy as a cooperative has bequeathed us a healthy and thriving society.

The current membership strength of the Society stood at about 300 which cut across all Nigerian Breweries plc locations in Nigeria.
This Society is the sole authority that can deduct directly from individual salary account, savings and any loan advance to the NB Plc. Ibadan Staff Cooperative members; through the Society on monthly basis.
The cumulative deduction is paid to the Society’s account in bulk as revolving loans on monthly basis.
